YOGA UNDER THE PEPPERMINT TREES

🍃A grounding yoga class under the trees and the birds.
🍃We will breathe the fresh air connect with the earth below and enjoy an hour to gently move and stretch our body’s.
🍃 We will finish with a 15 minute sound meditation allowing some stillness in our minds leaving us feeling deeply connected and refreshed.
🍃Suitable for all levels and child friendly.
🍃 This is my favourite lil unassuming park in Quinns Where I had all my boys birthday parties between Milner and Nicholas st on Tapping way ( opposite mintaro park )
🍃Sometimes the grass is damp and a bit bumpy I’ll have so spare yoga mats but please bring an old yoga mat that you don’t mind getting a little dirty.
🍃No toilet in the park my house is two minutes away if anyone needs to use the bathroom.

I am offering personalised healing sessions in the studio.
Treatment includes ~
* Reiki healing treatment.
* Intuitive restorative yoga tailored to you, including guided meditatiion.
Reiki is hands on energy healing. The client remains clothed and the energy is generally felt as warmth.
The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words - Rei which means "God's Wisdom or the Higher Power" and Ki which is "life force energy". So Reiki is actually "spiritually guided life force energy."
A treatment feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security and wellbeing.
Your gentle restorative yoga will involve two or three holds supported with bolsters, blankets, warm wheat packs and sealed with sound.
Treatment will be one hour and costs $60
